Charles Foundation
We are a non-profit organization and through generous donations are able to reward individuals and families , who have shown unusual acts and goodwill to others in their community.
Sometimes a simple act can have a profound change in someone's life and we feel that should be recognized.
Past recipients in a community may vote to nominate a person for consideration. Our awards committee will do a background review for annual awards.
